The price.
Uncomfortable hard mattress and pillow. Not soundproof as advertised. The bathroom while having frosted glass still provides very little privacy as you can actually see person having a shower or using a toilet. No door handle - simple hole provides zero privacy. No storage or hangers provided to hang coat or clothes apart from one not movable one.
