Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier.
Everything seemed well organised.

Spotlessly clean hotel , the staff were super friendly and helpful , the amenities are excellent ideal for families and couples alike , the pool area was brilliant for kids and adults , a fully equipped gym on site too , our trip included an excellent buffet hot and cold breakfast which was great , plus the other food in the main restaurant the al a carte and American diner were also great and none of which was over priced , you can sign up for a hotel card on arrival and that will give you an extra 10% of all your food and drink , there is also a kids club and entertainment on every night run by some really excellent staff very entertaining, each evening there were different acts plus quizzes bingo and music , all in all an excellent choice for a break in Jersey when we re-visit the island we will be staying there
