Rooms and staff lovely and very friendly staff 10/10 , great hotel
The breakfast service was a big let down , room and coffee machine and toast not up for the number of guests and every thing that was ordered from the kitchen was cold or loop warm

Best spa and pool of any Jersey hotel. Pleasant dinner and breakfast. Very helpful front desk. Room was warm.
Quite a long wait for restaurant

Very steep incline. Even the steps were exhausting for older people. Should have for example a intercom at road level to call for maybe a golf buggy to collect you. Breakfast food was basic, you had to order things like hash brown, baked beans etc. Noise travels through walls. Uncomfortable bed. Bathtub high and very slippery. No courtesy bus into at. Helier after 4.30pm.
