Location, location, location. This hotel is situated in the heart of the shopping district and close walks to many historic attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful. A nice place to stay.

I would like to start by highlighting that our stay was wonderful! The hotel is amazing, the location is excellent, and Marco’s service was exceptional. He was always very attentive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience and were very happy with our stay.
However, I would like to share two suggestions for improvement that I believe could make the guest experience even better.
The first is the absence of a full-length mirror in the room. For many women, this is an important detail, as we like to check our entire outfit, make sure everything matches, and feel confident about what we are wearing. Having only a mirror in the bathroom was a downside to our experience.
The second point is the absence of an iron in the room. When traveling, clothes naturally become wrinkled inside suitcases, so having access to an iron makes a significant difference. I understand that the hotel offers an ironing service, but considering the high room rates and the hotel’s five-star standard, I believe an iron should be available in every room. Having one readily available would also allow guests to iron their clothes whenever needed, without having to request it from reception. I have stayed at hotels in lower categories that offered this convenience.
Aside from these two points, our experience was excellent. The hotel is wonderful, the location is fantastic, and the service was impeccable. We left very satisfied with our stay.
