We only stayed here for one night as we were going on a cruise the next day! I would say all the staff was super helpful! We ate outside by the pool and it was great ! Lots of good stores / restaurants by the hotel and easy to get too! We took the road right by the hotel to the port ! As a matter of fact our cars navigation system said you have arrived ( at the port) when we left the hotel, that’s how close it was l!

Michael at the front desk was extremely accommodating! I was feeling tired from my travels and his bubbly personality immediately lifted up my spirit! Moreover, my room was not ready when we arrived, so he gave me a voucher to get lunch at the pool bar while I waited. The bathroom and room was clean. My only complaint is to remove the carpets and replace with vinyl flooring.
