Loved the room and facilities

Remodeled to a beautiful design. Location great and walking distance to beach and water Taxi stop. But more than anything the staff was incredible. We were caught in heavy downpour and staff greeted us at the lobby with towels, hot tea, and smile. Definitely will stay there again.

Relatively a quiet location. Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Good breakfast, especially the omelette option made by the staff
The property is advertised as having a kitchen/kitchenette, but no basic kitchen essentials are provided—no utensils, plates, bowls, kettle, dish soap, or cleaning cloth. There is a microwave, a good-sized refrigerator, and a Nespresso-type coffee machine, though the supply of capsules is limited.
I was told the lack of kitchenware was due to the owners’ kosher practices. I have no issue with those requirements and would have been happy to respect them, but I had to repeatedly insist just to obtain basic essentials, despite seeing plates, bowls, and utensils displayed in the common area. I was told these had been blessed by a rabbi and were unavailable to guests, which made their prominent display confusing.
The advertised bar is also nonexistent, and the property is not licensed to serve alcohol. As another reviewer noted, the promotional photos create an inaccurate impression of what is available.
My frustration is not with the property’s policies, including its kosher practices, but with the lack of transparency. If the listing had clearly stated that the kitchenette came without kitchenware and that there was no functioning bar, I could have made an informed decision before booking.
