Beautiful hotel, very clean, with friendly staff, good breakfast and coffee available all day, and located in the heart of Zurich. The only issue with the hotel is that it is too tight.

Great hotel in a great location but the AC is not great. Even with the air in our room as cool as it went, our room next got below 26C/78F so it was quite warm.
The hotel and area are great but just know that although they advertise AC it’s not an American style AC.

Enjoyed our quick stay at the Helmhaus Hotel. Service was excellent with a friendly staff. Location was great being within the Oldtown and close to shops and restaurants. The room was very well decorated with beautiful art in our room and throughout the hotel. Breakfast was exquisite and they made the best flat white to start our day. Our five year old also enjoyed the activity book, coloring pencils and slippers. Hotel provided us with towels and water for our day swimming at the local river and pool. Wonderful stay and highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.
