The receptionist was friendly yet professional and check-in was a smooth process. The room was a good size, clean and with plenty of amenities. I especially appreciated the bathrobe as I had forgotten to pack mine. The TV had some UK channels which I liked. The bedroom was quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had a nice continental selection. The hotel is well located - walkable to many attractions and Zurich main station. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Staff gave me a recommendation for a local Swiss restaurant where I had an enjoyable meal. All the staff were excellent. I would stay again if I needed to be in central Zurich.

Small but cozy, our room was on the front side of the hotel a little noisy the first night but after that it was quiet:) perfect location for everything!
