The staff was little above average. Front desk people aaa. The ladies that were around the property doing rooms and such were very polite and courteous. Little silly I think to stay in a Hilton garden property and they have a small eatery for breakfast lunch and dinner with a menu to chose from . That's kinda cool . But no free breakfast for guests. Most other properties in this class i have been at had little free breakfast and coffee to enjoy. There eatery charges you per person like 8 or 9 bucks. Did tell front desk upon checkout that the room was decent but I thought we reserved one with a king bed in it. The bed we had for the 4 night stay was not a king. Any how pool and the spa tub were actually prietty nice.
The major complaint I had was the water pressure for the shower, it was not good at all. Building itself was nice externally well kept and decent parking. The inside was a c+ maybe. The hall ways around had musty smell and older looking carpet no biggie but it's a Hilton garden. Most I've been too were crisp looking. Trying to track down some sugar for some coffee in the morning was a little difficult but able to find some. Any how that's my take away!

We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was very nice. Parking was easy with different doors for different areas. The hotel was easy to get to from Lancaster's highways. I enjoyed the comfy reading chair. Great beds.
