Perfect location right downtown, opposite Roma Parkland. The room outlook was pleasant and tranquil (especially considering the downtown location!) and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

My experience at the Mercure was wonderful, staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and the bed was so comfortable.
There was a pair of old socks left in the corner of our room and a half eaten can of pringles in the bedside drawer. Everything looked very clean and tidy however.

The Mecure Spring Hill was a great hotel. It is up a rather steep hill so if you are planning on wheeling your suitcase from Roma street Station or Central station it is a bit of a hike ( up stairs or up Wickham terrace) or a $10 uber from central city.
Lovely large room. Neat as a pin and very clean. I only had one night so did not use the lovely pool terrace or dining but I would stay here again.
