Good central location. Easy to get in out of hours. Great that there were female only shower rooms.
Kitchen facilities had minimal crockery. Eg only one mug.

Rooms were clean and tidy as well as comfortable
The bathroom shower heads in 3 of the 4 bathrooms were broken. Some guests were grubs too when it came to toilet etiquette

Has enough bathrooms that I never had to wait. Not sure of occupancy level but it likely same at full occupancy.
No coffee and bakery very close by. Not very far but a bit of a an amble.

It was good to have a room with a private bathroom.
The staff were not that friendly besides Hazel_who was lovely_ considering the previous reviews about how amazing this place was I was quite disappointed. There is a questionable lodge right next door and this hindered a really enjoyable stay. The Manager, I think he was, was down right rude, no hospitality at all...It wouldn't take much and no money and no money to make this place a whole lot better.
