Service was excellent. Rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfeast was good. Proximity to haram was just a short walk as well as ladies western entrance. Surrounding area has plenty food and shopping options. Access to taxi's was just downstairs.
Shower glass panel is too small. It needs to be wider. Water splashes too much over the bathroom floor and creates a mess making it slippery as well.

Location was good 5 min walk to haram gate 339. Very clean hotel. The rooms had wireless charging stands.
The twin room was small for 2 people to move around. The shower was ridiculous no protection for splashing water fell everywhere. You were left in a puddle!! No shower screen.
