The hotel itself was immaculate and every single member of staff that we interacted with were just amazing! So incredibly friendly, helpful and very genuine. Check-in was smooth and as a family of 7, this was greatly appreciated. We stayed in a family room, which comprised of 2 separate rooms linked via a private corridor, perfect for being able to still function as a family and maintain privacy. A special mention has to go out to housekeeping staff, and in particular Bulbul, he was stellar in every way and so welcoming and friendly. He did his job perfectly every day, and helped us have a very comfortable stay.
If being nitpicky, I would say that having slightly larger lifts would be great, but I realise that this is probably not possible!
