This house was fabulous for a large group of girls! The backyard was gorgeous, right on the canal. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and usually only 15 minutes to get to anywhere we wanted to go (including the airport). The house was perfectly clean and the host was responsive and helpful. The house is split into two apartments (one upstairs and one down), so there are two kitchens, two living rooms, etc. Would definitely recommend this house to large groups!
There is only one bathroom in the downstairs apartment but enough beds for 6+ people, so we wished there was another bathroom down there - not a huge deal, just slightly inconvenient for 6 people to share one bathroom (worst case scenario you just run upstairs to use one of the two bathrooms up there).

Jolie villa, bien entretenue, à 15mn du centre . Hôte très réactif et serviable . Prestation de qualité . Seul petit bémol : 1 seule salle de bain au rez de chaussée pour 3 chambres .. alors que 2 salles de bains à l’étage pour 2 chambres . Mais petit détail qui ne gâche en rien la prestation de qualité .

Abbiamo affittato questa villa per cinque giorni e ci è piaciuta sin dall’inizio. Ci sono cinque camere da letto indipendenti, alcune con il doppio letto matrimoniale, ma noi essendo in sole sette persone, abbiamo usato solo quattro camere. Due delle tre camere al piano terra sono stupende e hanno vetrata con vista su veranda, piscina, gazebo e il canale popolato da piccoli yacht, che è sempre un piacere vedere visto che siamo a MIAMI.
Abbiamo anche usufruito del barbecue esterno a gas, che dispone sia di griglia, sia di fornelli.
Al piano primo (con ingresso esterno e separato) ci sono altre due camere ognuna con bagno privato. Anche queste hanno vista su piscina e canale.
La cucina del primo piano è più generosa di quella al piano terra, e ha la lavastoviglie, comoda se si è in tanti.
Veranda e piscina sono gli spazi che abbiamo frequentato dí più e dispongono di tavolo da pranzo per sei persone e divano con poltrone per momenti di relax.
Condizionatore e ventilatori sono ovviamente ovunque, spesso solo il ventilatore è sufficiente (fine settembre).
Lily, la proprietaria, è sempre stata molto gentile e dinamica nella comunicazione (whatsapp è meglio dei messaggi via Booking in questo caso).
Un altro plus, non legato strettamente alla casa, ma alla posizione, è il fatto che lì a due passi c’è Winn-Dixie un supermercato dove trovate praticamente tutto ed è a solo 1 min di auto o 10-15 min a piedi.
Non abbiamo trovato cose macroscopiche da segnalare. Forse, unica osservazione, è che il parcheggio delle auto è fuori dal cancello della proprietà. In effetti noi ci abbiamo parcheggiato comodamente due auto, sul piazzale davanti casa, che ripeto è comodo ma le auto di fatto sono “in strada”. Bisogna considerare che è una zona residenziale e tranquilla, quindi nessuno tocca niente. Noi abbiamo noleggiato una GMC Yukon Denali e due Mustang tra tutte oltre 150k$ e comunque non è successo nulla. (Denali e 1 Mustang su piazzale casa e l’altra Mustang in strada).
