We welcome you to our new and wonderful apartment, renovated in January 2024, which is part of “The Lovers,” a small chain of luxury apartments in Venice.
The Lovers’ Loft is located in Campo San Polo, which is the largest square in Venice after San Marco, situated in the heart of the city. The 100-square-meter apartment is ideal for couples or couples with teenage children and can accommodate up to four people from the same household; It is laid out as follows: a master bedroom with a direct view of the Rio della Madonetta, where, on sunny days, gondolas glide by with gondoliers singing old Italian songs; an adjacent small bedroom with a queen-size bed; and a sleeper sofa in the entryway. There is also a luxurious living area with a kitchen and a bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer thanks to its unique location within Palazzo Balbi (built in 1600); it is, in fact, a very comfortable ground-floor unit that is neither affected by the summer heat nor directly exposed to winter weather. The Lovers’ Loft is the ideal place to start your Venetian vacation; the square is free from nighttime noise and is surrounded by restaurants and pizzerias, pastry shops and supermarkets, tobacco shops and pharmacies, and small fashion boutiques. The Rialto Bridge and the fish market are just 6 minutes away, and the beautiful St. Mark’s Square is 12 minutes away. Must-see attractions nearby: Church of St. John the Evangelist, Scuola Grande di San Rocco, Basilica of Santa Maria dei Frari, Carlo Goldoni House, Rialto Bridge, and the Museum of Natural Sciences.
