There were a lot of good things. There was a kitchen with all amenities. There was a queen sized bed and a king size bed. We had extra towels for each person.
Please check pictures of each individual booking - not the original ones that just show up for the property. I didn't think to click on the room type itself. I just looked at the pictures on the main property page and ours was not the gold/black color scheme, it's the white tile/light color walls. The major issue was the washer/dryer was broken. We booked specifically to be able to wash our clothes as we were halfway through our vacation.

Great location, right in the heart of Venice, yet surprisingly peaceful, with some lovely cafés and pastry shops just around the corner. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Since it's an old building, you can sometimes hear people upstairs. The washing machine wasn't working during our stay, but hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Being able to leave our luggage in the storage room before check-in and after check-out was also a big plus.

The location is amazing. So convenient for Rialto Bridge.
Communication was great so easy access to gain entry.
Didn’t like is a bit harsh, but apartment didn’t look like the pictures online. Not a massive deal as it was spacious enough and nice and clean, but we had a very different looking place in our mind.
Really enjoyed our stay though.
However, be warned, there’s literally no flexibility on checkout time. When we opened the door to leave, dead on 10am…the cleaner was waiting outside ready to start.

The location was excellent. It was close to the Rialto Bridge. The kitchen was nice with all the basics. They provided some instant coffee packets which were nice. An excellent breakfast shop is downstairs across the street.
We picked this apartment for the promised amenities (welcome kit, bathrobes, bottle of Prosecco) after a 30+ day backpacking trip. I wanted the women to feel pampered. None of the pampering items were in the apartment. I called Alberto and asked him about the Prosecco, and he dismissed it. I sent him photos of his listing description. As of today, the items are still listed (see pics). We also had black mold in the shower which didn't drain properly. So you had to shower quickly to avoid water overflowing. Finally, he requested us to remove the trash after charging a cleaning fee. I hope he updates his listing to reflect his trash removal request, and I hope he removes the pampering items that he doesn't actually provide. It was disappointing to not provide my friends with what was promised. Also it might be good to remove the mold the next time he sanitizes.
