We liked that the bedrooms were accommodating - the kitchen had appliances that we needed and that there were enough toilets for the people staying. There was washing powder however so that was great.
The couches were just hard springs so very uncomfortable to sit on, some of the coffee cups were not clean. There were no tea towels or a dish scrub. The sponge provided to wash dishes was used and dirty. The pillows were also uncomfortable and only two per bed. They were more like pretty display pillows as opposed to ones you could sleep with. We all had neck and back pain afterwards. The door lock also didn’t work at first we had to call the property manager to help us reset it.

It was a really nice place to stay. It was comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. Easy access to amenities and town.
Really nice, spacious property.
Unfortunately, the couches were extremely uncomfortable to sit on as the paddings of the couches have been worn away/eroded, felt like you only sit on the springs.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Place is new and modern. Showers are good with good pressure.
It was very hot upstairs needs oscillating fans also needs more stuff in the kitchen ie bowls (salad),dishcloths, pegs, coat hangers.
The couches are very tired and uncomfortable. Not all of the bedrooms have bedside lamps.
The code pad on the front door is so badly scratched you could not see the numbers so it was really hard to get in and there was no help from the staff, they either didnt answer the phone or if they did they couldnt help. We had to leave the back door unlocked as we were worried we wouldnt get the front door open again.
