Best Lodge in Auckland, Comfort, service, cleanliness, excellent staff and facilities

EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF SERVICES, bed was comfortable - brand new I guess. Room was clean, best shower pressure, everything was clean, staff checked in the morning if we needed towels and toilet paper - very accommodating, polite, friendly and efficient. Customer service 110% excellent! Location was best, close to everything and where we needed to go, next door to the Papatoetoe Friday Night market-BONUS! safe and secure, clean and friendly management and staff

The beds were comfortable. Easy to book and fast service.

The room was much smaller than i anticipated alot different to the photos of the room we picked. We weren’t told there was no kitchen. I wasn’t sure if there was a communal kitchen as it didn’t say on our booking and the receptionist didn’t tell us either. Also we had no TV. The TV didn’t work at all , when we told the receptionist about it we were told it would be fixed but when we came back the TV still wasn’t fixed. Also there was a HUGE crack in the ceiling so it was abit off putting.
