Overall, a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. It was difficult to access the property, as the keypad was not obvious and the instructions were unclear. I arrived in daylight but would not want to be arriving in the dark trying to work out how to get in. Once inside, I found that I could not properly close my bedroom door because it had been damaged. Later that night, the fire alarm began beeping continuously. It appeared that it had not been properly serviced, and despite making numerous attempts to contact the property, I received no response. The noise made it impossible to sleep. With no one responding to my requests for assistance, I was ultimately left with no choice but to leave the property late at night. This was a huge inconvenience and resulted in additional costs. Only after I notified them that I was leaving did I receive an email, approximately an hour later, saying that the problem had been fixed. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of communication or apology for the situation, the failure to respond to my requests, and the significant inconvenience caused. Despite this, they also refused to provide a refund. The room was nice enough, but overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig (nur kalt), Trocknet nicht, Ofen verdreckt mit Speiseresten der Vorgänger, Bad Mini klein, Betten unbequem, ums Haus rum schmutzig und ungepflegt, Geschirr und Besteck sowie Töpfe und Pfannen schmutzig Keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten!
