This typical two-story Tuscan house is connected by an external stone staircase. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, smart TV, and an American-style coffee maker.
The entrance to the first floor is via the outdoor staircase. There is a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, three double bedrooms, and three bathrooms with showers.
The swimming pool (5x10) is situated in a panoramic spot within the large garden surrounding the villa.
The house is equipped with a barbecue, tables, and chairs—ideal for outdoor dining and for the exclusive use of guests.
Guests are invited to visit the farmhouse just 2 km away from the villa, where various animals are raised and local products are made. You can sample and purchase them!
