About this house rental
Our 84m2 apartment is located in Le Lavandou, a 10-minute walk from La Fossette beach and a 5-minute drive from the pretty town centre of Le Lavandou.
It is on the 1st and last floor of a house, in a residential, green and quiet area. It is fully air-conditioned, and has 2 parking spaces.
A private garden (for the apartment) of 250m2 is also accessible from the back of the house.
The apartment is composed of a large spacious and bright living room (32m2) with an open fitted kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area. From this room you will have access to a 12 M2 equipped terrace, facing south and with a sea view. An awning is at your disposal to protect yourself from the sun if necessary.
There are also 3 bedrooms: new and quality bedding (Emma)
- a bedroom of 14 m2 with a double bed of 160, a small private bathroom (shower cubicle + WC + sink), large storage cupboards, and a small balcony with sea view.
- an 8 m2 bedroom with a double bed and a storage cupboard
