Magnificent T3 completely refurbished in the center of Le Lavandou and less than 5 minutes walk from the beaches and shops of the center

The apartment has just been completely renovated and is ready to welcome you for an exceptional holiday.
The apartment is composed of two bedrooms: 1 bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm.
Built-in cupboards will allow you to put your belongings down for the duration of your vacation.
The living room has a 3-seater sofa bed with a real very comfortable mattress.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms and living room).
It is equipped with WI-FI as well as direct access to Netflix from the TV by logging into your account.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and all the necessary storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen utensils to prepare good food.
The terrace will be perfect for meals and aperitifs with its table for 4 to 6 people and its garden furniture area.
You will be in the heart of a wooded garden.
Everything is close and everything is within walking distance: beach, shops and walks.
You will have a secure parking space allowing you to take full advantage of all the amenities without taking your car.
Linen is provided for all stays of one week or more (sheets, towels and dish towels).
For stays of a shorter duration, we offer the rental of household linen at an additional cost of 25 euros per person.
Everything is there to have a good time.
Attention, to read: Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 70 euros and deposit to be sent beforehand of 1000 euros by check
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is also strictly forbidden in the apartment.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à sa description. État neuf et très propre, décoré avec goût, très bien situé. Nous recommandons ce logement.
