Welcome to the centrally located island village of Tinnum, the bridge between Sylt’s urban and rural life. The “Deichstieg” house is situated in a quiet, nature-rich location right on the dike and on the border with Westerland, with a view of Tinnumburg Castle and just a ten-minute walk from Westerland Beach. This modern, well-maintained new brick building houses a first-class semi-detached home for up to five people. The rooms are bright and inviting, furnished in a classic, elegant style with great attention to detail. There is one parking space in front of the house, and additional parking is available along the street. Right outside the door, the Tinnum meadows invite you to take a leisurely stroll, and just a few steps away is the Sylt Tennis Club with its tennis courts and on-site restaurant. Numerous supermarkets with bakery branches are a five-minute walk away, and the train station is also just a five-minute walk away.
