Our modern, high-quality Sky & Sand vacation home offers you an oasis of relaxation. Enjoy relaxing moments in a beach chair on the beautiful terrace, or treat yourself to some downtime in your own sauna and indulge in an extra dose of wellness. Spanning four floors, modern comfort, a stylish ambiance, and Sylt’s incomparable atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable vacation experience for the whole family.
The apartment features a parking space and free Wi-Fi.
First floor:
Living room with gas fireplace, dining area, open kitchen, and direct access to the terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture; guest restroom; entryway
Basement:
Bedroom with high-quality double bed (180x200 cm), bathroom with shower and adjoining sauna, washer-dryer
1st floor:
Bedroom with high-quality double bed (180x200 cm), bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub
2nd floor:
bunk bed (120x200 cm), desk
Thanks to the excellent location, you can reach Westerland’s expansive sandy beach in just a few minutes’ walk. Here you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air, take long walks, or simply relax in a beach chair and watch the waves. The popular beach promenade, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars, is also within easy reach—perfect for a sundowner with a view of the sea.
Westerland’s popular shopping street, Friedrichstraße, is also within walking distance. Whether it’s exclusive boutiques, cozy tea rooms, or local specialties—there’s something for every taste to discover here.
For wellness and water enthusiasts, the Sylter Welle water park, with its seawater pools and sauna areas, is just a short walk away. Those who enjoy sports can burn off some energy on long bike rides along the coast or on a surfing trip in the North Sea waves.
The Westerland train station is also just a few minutes away.
Important note:
Starting in March 2025, demolition and subsequent new construction will take place near our vacation home. Since we cannot accurately predict when or to what extent construction noise might cause disturbances, we have already adjusted the prices for the vacation apartment for the year 2025 accordingly. Therefore, a retroactive price reduction due to construction noise is not possible for bookings made in 2025. We appreciate your understanding.
Prices for 2026 currently correspond to the regular rates. However, should there be significant construction noise during this period, we will refund 15% of the base rental price.
