The three Arnold vacation apartments in Berchtesgaden are very beautiful and lovingly furnished. They can accommodate up to 5 people. Parking spaces for cars are located about 150 meters downhill from the apartment. For loading and unloading, you’re permitted to drive your car directly to the main entrance, though there’s a height difference of about 15–20 meters between the parking lot and the building’s entrance. Use of the on-site swimming pool is free of charge, subject to availability. To relax, enjoy the swimming pool with its large windows offering views of the Watzmann and the surrounding mountains. Opening hours are posted on-site. The swimming pool may be temporarily closed, for example, due to measures related to COVID-19. Guests are welcome to use the coin-operated washing machines and dryer in the building. A lockable bike and ski storage room is available.

Apartment 17 was completely renovated in August 2023 and offers space for the whole family—sleeping arrangements for 4 people spread across two rooms. Apartment No. 17 features a balcony and views of the Watzmann, Jenner, Hochkalter, Hohes Brett, and more. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen, and a bathroom. It sleeps 4 people (2 of whom on a sofa bed). The open-concept living room is combined with the dining area. The double bed is located in a separate bedroom. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two people (sleeping surface dimensions: 208x134 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains as well as a view of Berchtesgaden.
The apartments are located in a larger building that features a heated indoor pool with mountain views. Shopping options (bakery, café, grocery store) are nearby. A bus stop is located right below on the street.
