Welcome to the Jennerblick vacation apartment at Haus Mitterbach, a stylish and comfortable vacation rental not far from the historic center of Berchtesgaden. With a spacious living area of 65 m², this light-filled vacation apartment can accommodate up to four people. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, which you can especially enjoy from your own covered balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and numerous kitchen utensils. The living area features a dining table and a couch that invite you to relax. For your entertainment, a TV and a stereo system are available. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The parking lot is located below the property. The short (approx. 200 m), steep climb to the house is rewarded with a breathtaking view of the mountains. You can drive right up to the entrance to load and unload. For your comfort, the building features an indoor pool, a shared washing machine, and a bicycle storage room.

The vacation rental’s location offers ideal conditions for a varied stay: A supermarket is only about 300 meters away, and the nearest restaurant is about 650 meters away. Public transportation is just 140 meters away, and the train station is 800 meters away. The historic center of Berchtesgaden is 2 km away, and the picturesque Königssee is about 4 km away. The region offers numerous recreational activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, and mountaineering. But there’s plenty to do in winter, too—skiing, snowboarding, and horse-drawn carriage rides are just a few examples. For those interested in culture, a trip to the festival city of Salzburg is well worth it. Salzburg is about 30 km away and is easily accessible by bus or car.

The Mitterbach complex consists of approximately 80 residential units, making it one of the largest complexes in Berchtesgaden.
The location is extremely convenient for transportation. There is a bus stop right at the foot of the hill, served by the main route (Bad Reichenhall) – Berchtesgaden – Königssee. A bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The main train station is 800 meters away.
