The front desk staff were some of the best I've encountered. Aside from their friendliness, they were very knowledgeable about the city and offered wonderful suggestions for activiites and dining.
As for the room, the bed was wonderful, the lighting was great and the shower was a real treat.
Nothing!

Didn’t have to drive a lot convenient for shopping. The staff was great and the property was very nice
Rooms too small , no place to put your stuff out., no we’re to keep your item cold if you didn’t bring an ice chest Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Location was great! The room was a little small, but comfortable. Staff was terrific! HVAC actually worked as it was supposed to, which most hotels have problems with.
Probably if we had gotten a king bed instead of 2 queens, the extra space would have been nice. But, we will know next time.

The decor and sitting rooms are nice.
The beds and bedding were not the most comfortable. No extra pillow and blankets.
