Overall, we had a positive stay and would choose this hotel again. We would also recommend it to our family and friends. The price and quality were both reasonable and met our expectations.
The only area for improvement is breakfast. Rather than offering too many items, the hotel could focus on providing fewer options with better quality.

Size was nice. Breakfast was better than other hotel "free breakfast" offering. Easy access to downtown and Blue Ridge Hwy
AC Unit was really loud. Elevator location was not convenient to rom locations particularly for upper floors

The location
The bed was so hard and the television wouldn't play the movies even though they were free.
