The flat is clean and tidy, we were able to check in earlier. We stayed for a week, design is nice however there are few things that could be enhanced. TV is old and freezes all the time you basically cannot watch anything on it, we received 2 paper rolls for 2 people for 7 days (there is no posibility of buying 1 paper in shop), my girlfriend had period so maybe that is why 2 weren't enough. There are appliances however there is lack of contacts where they stay. I don't understand splitting of bathroom into two, instead of doing one big bathroom, such a waste of space. Generally, really great apartment but not usefully designed. Aaa... balcony was a great plus and washing maschine!

Прекрасная квартира, свежий ремонт. Заселение очень простое и понятное. Имеется все необходимое рабочее оборудование. До пляжа пешком минут 5. Недалеко от аэропорта и центральных достопримечательностей. Хороший, тихий кондиционер.
Кровать скрипучая) и для двоих несколько тесновато. Но в целом не критично. Не хватает элементарных мелочей: чай, кофе, сахар, соль. На это можно выделить средства, это стоит копейки, но добавляет приятное впечатление заботы о постояльцах. Непонятно как подключать микроволновую печь, если там нет розетки. Неудобная связка ключей. Как это разделить на двоих человек?. Был плохой слив в душевой кабине, пришлось купить средство для прочистки труб, что тоже могли сделать владельцы апартаментов. Необходимо следить за такими вещами.

Les photos de l'appartement étaient plutôt flatteuses sur le site de réservation. L'appartement est dans une construction récente relativement neuve. L'appartement est confortable pour 2 personnes et trop petit pour 4. La localisation est TOP à proximité de la plage, du port et du centre historique et commercial de la ville.
Les matelas sont trop mous et vraiment trop mauvais. C'est le minimum à corriger immédiatement. L'appartement ressemble à un appartement témoin pour la vente d'un bien avec tous les standards de décoration actuels qui ne servent à rien. On aurait préféré des équipements pratiques pour par exemple étendre des serviettes dans la salle de bain. C'est clairement un appartement pour de la gestion locative qui manque d'aspects pratiques et fonctionnels.
De plus, le gestionnaire du bien utilise un système de caution que l'on paye en ligne avant d'arriver et qui peut prélever votre caution sans soucis puisqu'il n'y a personne au check-in et check-out. Je déconseille ce principe que nous avons trouvé dans cet unique location à Chypre. Pour info, nous avons été prélevé de la moitié de notre caution sur la mention unilatérale qu'une lampe était endommagée. Nous avons contesté et avons eu gain de cause le jour même.
