The hotel was in a great location, making it convenient and easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a relaxing stay. The facilities were modern, tidy and in good condition. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the hotel provided a comfortable environment to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I was happy with the accommodation and the quality of the facilities.
The only disappointing aspect was the check-in process. Despite having already provided all my personal details through Booking.com, the hotel staff asked me to enter the same information again on an iPad. This seemed unnecessary and raised concerns about how personal information is collected and handled. I have stayed at numerous hotels, and this is the only one where I have been asked to provide all my details again in this manner. The hotel should review this process to avoid unnecessary duplication and inconvenience for guests.
