Location is good. Welcomed by Neha, very friendly and helpful. also quick check in.
Our flight is later next day asked for an extension for check out time, with a reasonable fee on check out day for after lunch. Arianna was very helpful and warm with helping us extend our check out time 🙂

The rooms were clean and we really enjoyed the coffee from the caravan in the car park.
There was a lot of traffic noise at night and we experienced some very loud guests on lower balconies and in the car park. We were charged twice for parking and had to call back to get a refund.

Room was good. Shower facilities good. Tea facilities good. TV good.
The room could hear everything. People moving around maybe cleaning or moving in or out.
But l heard ever noise. So frustrating. I even turned my TV down in case next door could hear me!!
Even had a dog barking outside??
