The hotel is very pretty, clean, the rooms are nice. The location is excellent, very convenient. The view, spectacular. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Check for possible charges before check out because in my case, they put restaurant charges on my account that were not mine. The person who entered the data in the computer, mixed up the room numbers. My room was 306, they put on my account charges that belonged to room 603. I had to wait until the manager arrived for her to check receipts and everything, because they didn't believe me that I didn't eat in the restaurant. They wanted me to pay the bill, leave and then later call to start an investigation, because the manager wasn't present. I know that by phone things are very difficult to resolve so I told them that I wanted to wait for the supervisor/manager because I didn't want to pay a bill close to $300 that wasn't mine. When the supervisor arrived, she checked the restaurant receipts from that day and found that someone put the charges on the wrong room. Then they finally removed the charges. It was a very upsetting and frustrating because they didn't believe me and they wanted to open an investigation.
