The room was beautiful and all we needed for two nights before our cruise. However, we arrived at 3 am. When we booked we were told we would received an email the day of arrival with a key code to get in front door and our room. The messages we received told us there is no attendant on site and gave full instructions how to get into room. The information we received had our room number, gate code, door code etc. There are SO MANY stairs in this building. We arrived and climbed two flights with 4 suitcases to our room. The door was unlocked and there was no key code or key available to us. Our friends room was not unlocked and had no key box. We wandered around until we found an office door and knocked until someone answered. He gave us different rooms so we had to move our stuff down two flights of stairs and UP three fifths of stairs. He said he doesn't know why they send us the info to get into rooms. It was all very confusing and a lot to deal with at 3-4 am after traveling. So, maybe reach out to them prior to your arrival if you get emails with room specific information. But again, the room was comfortable and beautiful. I probably wouldn't stay again unless I was on the first floor.

Beautiful hotel. Unable to check in a minute early but weren’t able to leave our bags there until check in. Staff was very nice and had great food recommendations. We stayed in the room with the balcony and it is very large and comfortable. Location in downtown was perfect, and safe. No parking for rentals but there is a municipal parking garage about 3 streets away.
We never found the pool in the hotel. Only saw a spa place next door. Very deceiving, don’t boom if you are focus on having a pool.
