The gated Dünengarten apartment complex is perfect for your family vacation: At Dünengarten, you’ll find a private park with streams, a small grove, and places to sit. And here’s what makes it special: The complex has its own beach access to a very quiet stretch of beach that, even on hot summer days, isn’t as crowded as the other beaches in the seaside resort.

2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
Welcome to Apartment No. 46 in the Dünengarten Residence. This bright and cheerfully furnished 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. With 51 square meters of living space, 2 to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. You’ll find a bright, open living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a west-facing balcony (overlooking the courtyard).
The combined living and dining area features a cozy sleeper sofa (160 cm wide when extended) and a 31-inch TV. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The open kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces west toward the courtyard. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a beautiful day at the beach.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. The tiled bathroom, which is lit by natural light and features a shower, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rack, rounds out the overall appeal of this apartment.
