The modern Apartment 30 is located on the 2nd floor of the building and, at just under 65 square meters, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture, as well as underfloor heating and exterior blinds.
The elegant living room features a high-quality sleeper sofa—which can be converted in just a few simple steps to accommodate a third or fourth guest—as well as two comfortable armchairs and a large flat-screen TV with Smart TV capabilities. Arrive and feel right at home—our apartment leaves nothing to be desired during your stay.
Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette: In addition to a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven and microwave, you’ll also have full access to a toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator!
The separate bedroom features a cozy box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2 m, with a full-length topper) to ensure a restful night’s sleep and sweet dreams. A wardrobe is available for your vacation clothes. A second flat-screen TV rounds out the amenities.
The tastefully tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large mirror, and plenty of storage space.
The apartment also features a spacious entryway with additional storage space and options.
From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious corner balcony, which faces south/east. Here, you can relax wonderfully after a long day at the beach or enjoy some sun.
You can safely park your car in the complex’s underground garage (max. height 2.00 m).
