Location to city centre, spacious rooms, comfortable sitting area, easy access
Spray for flys before someone arrives.
Strange setup on the TV
It would be good to be able to put up the blinds in the bedrooms without thinking someone could be looking in.
A lamp near the bed, not across the room.
Entry to our rooms could do with a smarten up, it looked very unloved.

The location in such an historic building was absolutely brilliant. Loved that there was a reserved car spot available. Check in was relatively simple. A separate shared lounge and kitchen were available if we wished to use them. The accessible bathroom was large.
Room cleanliness was not brilliant. There were used tissues under the bed. The manhole cover in the bathroom was 1/2 open. Very disconcerting while having a shower. The bedroom was very stuffy. We could not open the window for ventilation and there is no air conditioning. While there is a sensor light at the main entry door, there was no lighting to see the security keypad on entry to the room itself. The electric jug was too tall to fit comfortably under the tap in the bathroom and we could only boil the jug in the bathroom next to the toilet, which had no lid. Did not fancy a dash to the kitchen in my PJs! There was no power available to both sides of the bed. This would have been handy for phone charging etc.

Old charm of building. Plenty of room in suite.
No fan. Couldn't get cooling tower to operate.
