The hotel was well located and easy walking distance to main shops, cafes and restaurants.
Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a roomy and good shower.
Bed was huge and extremely comfy in the King room.
I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating a night for my birthday and were given a free house drink at the bar, which was really special. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff.
There was nothing at all disappointing.

The location was fine Checking in I expect the front desk people to ask for all They need from my wallet at the same time and not wait till I have taken my glasses off and put the wallet away and then ask for credit card after asking for photo ID
earlier. Save time an efficiency do them together. I was juggling my hand luggage and walking stick as well.
I asked for a firm bed - too soft. Pillows were lovely. My thermostat was on 25 Degrees when I went to room. Waste of power. Far too hot for sleeping. I did turn it down bit was so hot most of the night, so I did not sleep well. Normally a very good sleeper.
The tv did not work on any channel correctly: blurring of speech as well as picture. It looked like electrical interference. No better in the morning trying to get early news.
