About this house rental
We’ve made our dream come true in southern Italy and have individually and lovingly furnished a house in a wonderful location by the sea.
On the one hand, as the last house in the village of Santa Domenica, it’s quiet and secluded; on the other hand, it’s just a three- to five-minute walk to the village center with all its shops, bars, and restaurants.
You can walk down a stone staircase directly to the sea (about 8 minutes down, up...).
Alternatively, you can drive just a short distance (2 km) to the popular beaches of Formicoli and Riaci!
Unwind with a glass of wine, whether on the rooftop terrace with a direct view of Stromboli or in the garden, always with a direct view of the sea and Stromboli—especially during the unforgettable sunsets.
The house has four bedrooms, each with a double bed; the two larger ones face the sea, so you can enjoy this dreamlike view right from your bed.
In addition to the four bedrooms and the rooftop terrace, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large dining/living room, a cozy veranda, and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower!
Every room, including the bathrooms, features its own unique touch and distinctive design.
Dog owners appreciate that the entire property is fully fenced, and walks can begin right from the garden gate! And importantly: dogs are allowed and welcome on our section of the beach right in front of the house.
