Lokalizacja SUPER, wszędzie blisko: kawiarenka tuż za rogiem, do centrum miasteczka 2 uliczki, na plażę kilka kroków dalej oraz schody, które nie były takiej straszne jak wyglądały pierwotnie, chodziliśmy codziennie. Widok z tarasu wyjątkowy: widać morze, widać dachy budynków w centrum oraz zachód słońca z tarasu, a to wszystko dzięki temu, że apartament jest na dachu 5-cio piętrowej kamienicy, czyli widoki na okolicę są z wysokości 6-go piętra. Apartament świeżutki, czyściutki, a gościnny i uprzejmy Massimo, dostarczył nam brakujące jeszcze w nowym lokalu wyposażenie w ciągu 2-3 godzin.
Generalnie miejscówka godna polecenia ! co niniejszym uczyniłem kilka chwil temu, dając namiar Koledze ;-)
aby być rzetelnym recenzentem to wrzucę tu jedną kwestię niezależną od Massimo: apartament jest, jak już pisałem, na dachu 5-cio piętrowej kamienicy z windą. I tu właśnie kwestia tej windy: winda jest ciasna z wąskim wejściem i wymaga zamknięcia wewnętrznych drzwiczek co przy 4-ch osobach staje się kłopotliwe (przypomniały mi się czasy dojazdu do szkoły zatłoczonym autobusem), ale prawdziwy kłopot zaczyna się wtedy, gdy ktoś skorzysta z windy i nie zastosuje się do zapisanych w kilku miejscach próśb o zamknięcie za sobą tych wewnętrznych drzwiczek w windzie, bo wtedy winda stoi zablokowana. Któregoś razu wracając z plaży, po całym słonecznym dniu, ze zrobionymi po drodze zakupami mieliśmy okazję wspinać się na to ostatecznie 6-te piętro, bo ktoś na 5-tym piętrze nie zamknął wewnętrznych drzwiczek. Pozdrawialiśmy go serdecznie ;-) Oczywiście taki kłopot to nie kłopot, daliśmy radę i chętnie korzystaliśmy z klatki schodowej zamiast z windy, wychodząc z apartamentu na zewnątrz.
A teraz na koniec, musze się trochę poodgrarzać:
MY tam jeszcze WRÓCIMY !!! ;-D

We had a wonderful stay at Terrazza Grattaciello. We booked this apartment last minute as our other accommodation cancelled on us. This was an amazing find! The penthouse apartment was so large and comfortable. It is newly renovated and the beds, pillows and bathroom are the best we have had in Italy. The apartment has a large open terrace. The terrace and bedrooms have a stunning 180 degree view of the sea and Mt Stromboli. The sunsets at night are spectacular!
The location was fantastic with great coffee and pastries just around the corner. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and the beautiful beaches are just a short walk away. The building and lift is old but the apartment is worth it.
Massimo was an amazing host, very friendly, generous and helpful, great communication. Check-in and out were easy. The apartment doesn’t have parking but we easily found parking closeby (look for the white parking spaces). We would highly recommend this property to others visiting beautiful Tropea and we look forward to staying again.

We had the special pleasure of being the very first guests to stay in this beautiful apartment in Tropea, and it was a wonderful experience.
The sea view is absolutely breathtaking — something we will definitely remember from our time in Calabria. The location is also perfect: close to the beach, the charming centre of Tropea, and the train station, which made everything very convenient for us.
Massimo is a wonderful host — kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. He truly made us feel at home.
Thank you, Massimo, for your hospitality and for making our stay in Tropea so enjoyable! We wish you all the success you deserve and many wonderful guests in the future. We will remember our stay with great fondness! ❤️
