It was very clean and nice a warm. Liked the little kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Shower was lovely. Not too far from the tube station too which was good.
The smoke alarm was broken. The mirrors had cracks at the bottom of them that could be a safety issue. Only had 1 pillow per person. Would of been good to have some uht milk left so you could have a cuppa. Remote wasnt working properly for the tv.

Location (but I knew that)

It’s clean, the facilities are new and modern, and the location is ideal, with everything nearby.
The shower stopped working intermittently, then started running again. I think the problem may be related to the water pressure. At around 2 a.m., a woman in another room was shouting and banging on her door. A man in a different room came out and shouted, “Shut up.” This disturbance was not part of what we paid for.
