Everything—except for the somewhat noisy atmosphere—is great; there are many transport lines nearby.

Great location, a few min walk from the tube station
Room was pretty big, had a mini fridge and safe
The woman on reception (I think the owner) was very friendly
Very very affordable, especially for a bank holiday weekend
A fair bit of noise from the street, can't be helped really with the location
The hot tap in the bathroom got extremely hot, and the cold tap was also fairly warm, so had to use the mini fridge to cool down water.

Location was good.30 mins from waterloo and very near to metro station. Security was good as well. I would say it is good for the money we had to pay.
Room was very small.the bed was not comfortable. I could hear various noises from outside.
There was some bits of dirt from the AC as well.
