First and foremost, it has to be said that the place is very nice, clean and best of it has a balcony with a very nice view over the Umbrian hills.
Secondly, I think that the hosts are doing a great job in providing you with all the information you need to feel welcomed and even to help you out with sightseeing suggestions during your stay.
Thirdly and lastly, I believe the place matches the expectations deriving from the pictures completely.
If I were to choose something it would be shower where the element at the end of the hose should be changed. Other than this, I don't think there's anything else to pinpoint as drawbacks.

Posizione favorevole per vicinanza stazione dei treni.
Zona tranquilla , appartamento moderno e pulito.

"The apartment is very nicely decorated. The bed is very good, the kitchen is very well equipped. Almost everything was very good or better than in other locations where we stayed. The balcony overlook..."
