This apartment is located downtown in a big block just south of the train station, in a multi-ethnic neighborhood. Good if you arriving late or depart early by train. The old Perugia city center is quite far though, about 45 mins. walking uphill from the station.
The apartment is on the 7th floor of a big block. There is a (narrow) private garage available and a public parking lot by the building's entrance (free parking only after 7.30 pm on weekdays). Matteo and Luisa's are friendly hosts and their flat is the same as in the photos: a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen corner and a bathroom. The bed is comfy. Wifi is ok. There is a code on the main door. A washing machine is available in the bathroom too. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen but i could not find any coffee capsules provided. Apartment price is ok.
A few details should seriously be taken care of and improved: the hot water in the shower takes a long time to come out; no soap dispenser in the bathroom, just a tiny soap like in the old, cheap hotels. the wc has ugly brown stains from the flow of water. the tv is nice and big but it is akwardly mounted way way up, on top of a wall, by the ceiling; there is no kettle in the kitchen; the garage is super narrow, not suited for any car bigger than a compact city car; plus you have to slam hard the garage door to close it. they will send you a link to a 5 mins. long video just to explain where and how to get in and out of the garage.... it's located just around the corner; drive in, take first left, then 3rd garage door on the right. a very unnecessary 5 mins. long video to explain this, instead of mentioning that it is very very narrow, and chances are that you could scratch your car if you drive a mini-suv or any other wide-ish car.
The most annoying detail is that the keys and card and remote to enter main gate and apartment is a massive thing, i'm guessing at least half a kilo, and huge and heavy. not handy to carry it around at all.

Está muy bien, limpio, tiene aire acondicionado y las camas muy cómodas, incluso el sofa cama. Hay un párking gratis abajo, encontramos sitio aunque llegamos muy tarde. Luisa nos dejó el código para poder entrar después de la hora límite que pone en la web. Buena comunicación con ella en todo momento. Recomiendo.

Appartamento pulito, confortevole e ottima la possibilità del box. Comodo utilizzo del minimetro'.
Peccato per la zona, è un po "particolare", da valutare in base alla propria situazione e con chi si viaggia.
