What I loved most about this hotel was the caring staff and great location. Nikki B., the Regal hotel team for her exceptional care, she went out of her way to ensure my room was exactly what I had requested, and to the three young housekeeping staff who were always friendly and attentive. Their thoughtfulness made a lasting impression on me.

The staff were amazing, the best location! Nice building and interior design.
The heater was on on a very hot day and they couldn’t do anything about it. Central temp control so can’t set it individually in your room. Absolutely sweltering, awake 12-4am every night sweating and uncomfortable. When I complained they were able to offer a fan but it didn’t do much (appreciate the staff though, they are very nice)
