I like how close it is to everything and the staff are really friendly and value for money was good
They didn’t have a lift (unsure if this is stated in the property advertisement) I was on the 3rd floor and was a struggle to get my luggage up. Bathroom needs some tlc but again was cheap so you get what you pay for.

Good location in Athens, very nice staff. Good to have the terrace and my balcony
The corridors have pretty many carpet which was off-putting and the light on the 2nd floor didn't come on. Stairs were steep to get luggage up and down. Better labelling of which external keyboard to use: I could work it out at midnight and I later helped others who were confused.

Pros
The hotel staff was very accommodating over an early check-in and allowed me check-in at 11am
The Hotel location was excellent being in a quiet street and yet very close shops, restaurants and points of historical interest.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was no lift, the rooms were compact and the bathroom was tiny.
There was a one foot drop from the bathroom to the bedroom which could be an issue especially for older guests.
The foor grate for exit of excess shower water was loose and migrated around the floor.
This is a budget hotel at a competitive price.

Location
Not a dislike, but the rooms are small and old. But the location is great

"Location was terrific!
George is awesome and made everything great.
Their 3rd floor terrace overlooks Acropolis and the church tower.
The prices are great for this central location"
