A clean apartment at a convenient location

Good location, close to train station, close to museums and parks, quiet environment, clean apartment with private kitchen, good internet.

It uses Nuki Smart Lock. For elder people, it's somehow cumbersome to start with.

4 / 10

Could use a bit more cleaning. Hot water was an issue.

Convenient location.

No laundry detergent was provided. The apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There were pills on the floor, dead bug in the sink, dusty linen, oily dinnerware. There was only a bedsheet on the bed and no blanket. I found a blanket in the closet but it was dirty like there were stains. There was no hot water. They did send maintenance afterwards and fixed it. The wifi provided in the check in info didn't work. Had to ask the owner for a different wifi.
