L’emplacement, la propreté et les communications avec l’hôte.
Il n’y a rien que nous n’avons pas aimé. Par contre, les fauteuils pour s’asseoir et relaxer n’étaient pas confortables, limitant nos envies de rester dans le séjour.

The apartment was relatively spacious, super clean and very well equipped. There was a second bedroom that I even did not enter. It is located in a quieter side street and particularly in the early morning was very quiet and I could sleep longer than usual.
The number of really lengthy messages (6) that I received before my arrival and their frequency was too high. Such messages often arrive when making a booking and it is normally ok to ignore them until the day of arrival. Not here.
Several of them required action from my side. The messages and instructions arrived in Spanish and required tanslation.
I needed to make a kind of rental agreement with signature.
To enter the property I needed to upload an app (Nuki) which was not self explanatory and did not work so well, although I can understand its benefits. I assume that it also allows the owner to monitor when I entered and left the property, at least when using that system. There were also physical keys provided.
The internet connection in the apartment is too weak and slow, and I was much better off with my mobile phone internet.

It was súper comfortable and Locatel very close to the center of the city.
When i arrived, there were some dirty dishes in the sink. But that was the only bad thing about it.
