BALTIC SEA VACATION WITH AN IN-HOUSE SAUNA
The “Am Stadtwald” vacation home was built in the traditional turn-of-the-century spa style. The well-maintained green courtyard and the small garden pond with its soothing splash invite you to relax. Tailored to your vacation needs, the apartment complex offers small 2-room apartments and 3-room apartments for 2–4 people. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace. On cold days, you can warm up in the on-site sauna (for a fee/coin-operated). Did you spill something on your favorite outfit, or perhaps you didn’t bring enough changes of clothes? No problem: A separate laundry room is available with a coin-operated washer and dryer. Each apartment comes with a parking space next to the building or a spot in the underground garage. A bicycle storage room is available for rented or personal bicycles.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH SOUTH-FACING-BALCONY
This lovingly furnished 2-room vacation apartment is 48 square meters in size, accommodates 1–2 people, and is located on the 1st floor of the “Am Stadtwald” apartment complex in Kühlungsborn East. The open-concept living and dining area is furnished with a cozy sofa set, cable TV (flat-screen), a radio, a CD player, and a dining table. There is a small library for book lovers. From here, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The open kitchenette is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave with oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as cookware and all kitchen utensils, from a corkscrew to a can opener. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses. Nothing stands in the way of a delightful, perfect dinner. The bedroom features a large 5-door wardrobe and a raised double bed, which makes getting out of bed much easier. The small shower room is equipped with a toilet, a shower, granite flooring, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.

Please understand that smoking is only permitted outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. A starter set of linens is provided for each person. As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.
A washing machine, dryer, and sauna are located on the premises and can be used for a fee. Guests of this vacation rental have access to a free parking space.
