About this apartment rental
This comfortable 2-room apartment (approx. 41 m²), located on the 1st floor and decorated in a Mediterranean-inspired style, is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.
The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
The cozy and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 2 chairs and a sideboard. The apartment features a west-facing, sunny balcony (approx. 7.5 m²; furnished with a table and chairs) that you can access directly from the living room. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer evenings with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a DVD player.
In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, and a dresser.
The spacious, Mediterranean-style bathroom (with natural light/window) features a low-entry shower (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet, and ample storage space.
The apartment also includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
