The neighborhood is quiet and located not far from the town center or the trails leading to the Bodden and the Baltic Sea.

Built in 2018, the Kapitaenshaus am Permin is a reinterpretation of the traditional local captain’s house, located in the historic center of the idyllic fishing village of Wustrow on the Fischland peninsula. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the newly redesigned Bodden harbor is about a 5-minute walk away.
The vacation apartment is located in the basement. The terrace, furnished with garden furniture, is accessible via a separate entrance.
The apartment has been furnished in a functional style with great attention to detail. It features a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with an open kitchen. The entire apartment is barrier-free and has underfloor heating. Some of the windows are equipped with insect screens.
The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi for guests, a kitchenette, and a sofa set with a wingback chair.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with separate mattresses and a mattress topper, as well as a wardrobe with ample storage space.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, rounds out the amenities.
